Senior RevOps Manager
Apify's mission is to make the web more programmable.
Why?
We believe that humans have better things to do than filling forms, compiling huge Excel sheets of copy-pasted data, or watching thousands of videos to determine whether they include a specific brand logo.
Those are jobs for a machine.
And just as in the real world we have tools that make our lives easier, we should have tools to make our lives easier on the web.
Web automation has profound impact. Our users automate service unsubscriptions to save people money, and they collect billions of rows of data from all over the world for AI training, protection of consumers, or finding lost children.
To support this mission, we're seeking a talented Revenue Operations Manager. You'll improve our CRM system, refine our sales processes, and create reliable data structures that help our teams succeed. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complex systems and using data to guide growth, we'd like to meet you.
What you’ll be working on
- CRM and data management – Conduct a significant cleanup of our CRM, remove unnecessary legacy properties, fix broken workflows, and create a streamlined, scalable system.
- Sales process improvement – After stabilizing the CRM, you’ll improve key sales processes, from lead qualification to revenue forecasting.
- Lead scoring and health metrics – Design and implement improved lead scoring and customer health metrics to drive engagement and conversions.
- Technology and tool selection – Assess our existing tech stack, recommend improvements, and manage renewals and implementation.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Data team to align RevOps with Apify’s goals.
They say there are no perfect candidates, but you might be the one if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations leadership, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments.
- You have deep expertise in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), including advanced configuration, custom integrations, and implementation of complex workflows.
- You have experience with a modern MarTech stack (e.g. Segment, Mixpanel).
- You excel in designing and optimizing end-to-end revenue processes, spanning marketing, sales, and customer success functions to drive growth and efficiency.
- You've successfully led cross-functional initiatives and have experience collaborating with C-level executives to align RevOps strategies with overall objectives.
- You’ve done large-scale CRM clean-ups - auditing and streamlining legacy properties, implementing best practices, and creating system-wide efficiency.
- You're skilled at selecting, renewing, and implementing the right tools. You know how to build a tech stack that actually drives revenue growth.
- You have experience defining and refining sales processes, from lead management to forecasting and quota setting.
- You have positive experience with managing and mentoring less senior RevOps professionals - building a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- You look ahead and adapt quickly, keeping on top of the latest trends and best practices in RevOps.
By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of our CRM (HubSpot) to identify inefficiencies, legacy properties, broken workflows, and data hygiene issues.
- Start a cleanup of outdated CRM fields and workflows, ensuring accurate and reliable data flow.
- Start establishing bulletproof reliability of HubSpot workflows, ensuring no data loss or reporting inconsistencies.
- Start optimizing lead routing and tracking mechanisms to improve data accuracy and team efficiency.
- Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data teams, gathering input on their pain points.
- Develop lead scoring to better qualify Product Qualified Accounts for Business Development Representatives.
- Improve accuracy of reporting dashboards for Sales, and Customer Success.
- Identify tool or integration gaps that could improve our revenue tech stack.
- Improve lead to deal conversion rates by optimizing lead management process and scoring model.
- Finalize and present a mid/long-term RevOps roadmap to the executive team, outlining opportunities for scalability.
- Implement and track customer health scoring metrics, improving retention strategies.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for the Sales and Customer Success teams on new RevOps processes and tools.
